In my own words...

I'm a full time Sales Manager/Realtor® for Affiniti Real Estate based out of Citrus Heights, CA focusing on Residential Sales and Investments in the Greater Sacramento Area as well as the Counties of Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo. My passion is helping people better their lives through Real Estate. Whether it's helping a struggling family avoid Foreclosure by negotiating a Short Sale, getting an offer accepted for a first time homebuyer for that perfect starter home, finding that perfect cashflow or rehab property for my Investors, or guiding an aspiring individual and grooming him/her for success by mentoring and leading by example, the feeling that you made a positive impact in someone's life is truly priceless.

I believe good things happen to good people and in this crazy world us good people must stick together for the betterment of mankind. I believe in abundance over scarcity and that there is enough to go around for everyone. I also believe money is a byproduct rewarded to those who give and act solely on goodwill without any ulterior motives or hidden agendas.
